Contact Form
When you send a message, we collect your name, email address, phone number and message. The site sends them to our business inbox by email so our team can reply. The website does not save your message in its database.
The form has a hidden field that people cannot see. It helps us spot automated spam.
Shipment Tracking
Our staff enter shipment records, including the receiver's name and address, the item, its weight and its delivery updates. These records are kept in our database.
Anyone with a tracking number can look up that shipment. To protect the receiver, the result shows only their first name and last initial and the last part of the address, such as the town and country.
Safety Deposit Box Check
Box records hold the box number and size, the owner's and beneficiary's names, the beneficiary's affiliation and a list of contents. Our staff enter and update them.
New and changed security codes are stored in scrambled form, known as a hash, which cannot be turned back into the code. Older codes are converted the first time they are used. Staff screens never show a code. The box details show only after the right box number and code are entered.
Blocking Repeated Attempts
To stop people guessing tracking numbers, box codes or passwords, the site counts recent requests from each IP address. This count is kept in the server's memory, not in the database. It clears when the time limit ends, and a lockout lasts at most 24 hours.
Cookies
The site sets only the cookies it needs to work. It uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
- A security cookie is set when you use a form. It proves the request came from this site and expires after 1 hour.
- Staff who sign in to manage records get a session cookie that expires after 8 hours. Visitors never get one.
Google Maps
The contact page shows a Google Maps map. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Google's privacy policy covers that data.
Admin Emails
When staff add, change or delete a shipment or box, the site may email our team a copy of the record. These emails never include security codes.
Who Sees Your Data
Our staff and our email and hosting providers handle this data to run the site. The site passes it to no one else and shows no advertising.
